HASP HL Basic
Most cost-effective solution for strong Software Copy Protection with AES Encryption


HASP HL Basic, offers strong software copy protection with an on-chip encryption engine, 128-bit AES Encryption Algorithm and the most advanced anti-hacking and encryption technology in the industry. It protects applications running on Linux, Mac and Windows environments providing single license capacity. It is the most cost-efficient solution available in the HASP HL line.

The encryption mechanism implements data encryption and decryption for your software security, providing you with strong software copy protection. During runtime, HASP HL receives encrypted data from the application running and decrypts it in a unique way. The decrypted data returned from the HASP HL is applied to the protected application, affecting the mode in which the program executes: it may load and run, may execute only certain components, or not execute at all.


HASP HL Pro
Secure USB Memory Key for Software Protection and Licensing

HASP HL Pro provides the users with high level software protection, allowing the control of up to 16 software packages or modules, due to the multiple (16) license capacity. It contains 112 bytes of memory and a unique 32 bit ID number for each key. The HASP HL Pro offers security to applications running on Linux, Mac and Windows platform.

It also features on-chip encryption engine and 128-bit AES Encryption Algorithm. The encryption mechanism operates the same way as in the case of HASP HL Basic. Moreover, the encryption algorithm RSA is applied for the remote update of the USB memory keys.

The Protect Once – Deliver Many™ capability of HASP HL lets you implement software protection separately from the licensing models.


HASP HL Max
Secure USB Memory Key for Expanded Licensing Models

HASP HL Max provides the highest level of copy software protection containing 4 KB memory. It provides a unique 32 bit ID number for each key and allows the distribution and access control of up to 112 different software modules and/or software packages.

Based on the on-chip encryption engine and 128-bit AES Encryption Algorithm, it implements data encryption and decryption. The encryption mechanism operates the same way as in the case of HASP HL Basic. It also permits the remote update of keys in the field by applying the RSA encryption algorithm.

The Protect Once – Deliver Many™ capability of HASP HL lets you implement software protection separately from the licensing models.


HASP HL Time
Software Protection With a Real-Time Clock


HASP HL Time permits the leasing and renting of software, which expires after a specific date. It lets you charge the clients periodically for software use and maintenance. This functionality is based on an internal real-time clock, indicating the exact time (hours, minutes and seconds) and date (day, month, year). Each HASP HL Time internal clock battery is guaranteed to last four years in the field, eliminating costly or frequent hardware replacements for your customers.

It contains 4KB memory and a unique 32 bit ID number for each key. It supports the distribution and access control of up to 112 different software modules and/or software packages.

It implements an on-chip encryption mechanism and 128-bit AES Encryption Algorithm the same way as the HASP HL Basic. It also allows the remote update of keys in the field by applying the RSA public-key encryption algorithm.

HASP HL Net
The Ultimate in Software Protection For Network Environments


HASP HL Net is the most advanced and sophisticated system available for protecting software running in network environments. A single HASP HL Net key, connected to any PC in a network, provides flexible 3-way software protection:
• Protects your software against illegal use
• Limits the number of users who can access your application concurrently
• Controls access of up to 112 different software modules and packages

Based on HASP HL Max, HASP HL Net USB key contains 4 KB of secured memory, and a unique 32 bit ID number for each key. You can customize the memory according to your specific requirements.

It allows the remote update of keys in the field by applying the RSA public-key encryption algorithm. It implements an on-chip encryption mechanism and 128-bit AES Encryption Algorithm.

HASP HL Net supports UDP protocol on Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux networks, as well as IPX protocol on Microsoft Windows.

HASP® Parallel Port Dongle
Strong Software Copy Protection for Parallel Ports


HASP parallel port dongle provides strong software copy protection for situations where USB keys are not an option. They are available in a variety of models including non-memory (Standard), with memory (M1 and M4), Time and Network. The parallel port dongle utilizes a proprietary algorithm, contain a unique ID number and store up to 112 licenses. The HASP parallel port dongle is based on the 2800-gate, .8 micron proprietary HASP ASIC designed by Aladdin's engineers.
